24Plumb For plumbing & heating firms

Never lose a £250 job to a missed call.

When you can't answer, 24Plumb texts the caller back instantly, books the job and takes a deposit — before they ring the next plumber on Google.

Try it. You play the customer.

It's 9:47pm. You're under a sink, phone on silent, and someone's boiler has just packed in. This is what they see instead of your voicemail. Tap the replies.

How it works

  1. Keep your number

Set a 30-second divert — takes two minutes on any phone. Calls you answer, nothing changes. Calls you don't come through to your 24Plumb line.

  2. Every missed caller gets an instant text-back

The AI has a typed conversation, works out what the job is, books a slot and takes a card deposit. You see every transcript.

  3. Every Monday, a report

The jobs it caught and the £ recovered that week, in plain English. No dashboard homework.

It chases your quotes too

Hardly anyone chases the quotes they send — and the firms that do win noticeably more of them. 24Plumb sends a polite nudge in your name, then stops the moment the customer replies. You just see the yeses.

Founding member — first 20 firms

We're opening 20 founding spots before launch. Founding members set the product's direction, onboard first, and keep the founding price for as long as they stay.

Founding — first 20 Founding member
£49/mo

Locked in: the price never rises for as long as you stay a member. (Ex VAT — if we ever become VAT-registered, VAT gets added on top, and your lock holds on the £49.)

Standard price at launch
£149/mo

What everyone after the first 20 will pay.

  • Missed-call text-back with AI conversation, triage and booking
  • Card deposit on every booking, paid straight into your own account via your own Stripe — we never touch your money. You set the amount, or turn it off.
  • No per-job fees. No commission. £49 flat, per location — fair use ~150 conversations/month, several times what a busy firm needs.
  • Quote follow-up: polite nudges at 2, 5 and 10 days, in your name
  • Weekly Monday report — jobs caught, £ recovered
  • Set up with you personally — phone or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. You keep your number.
  • No lock-in. Monthly. Cancel with one click or one email.

20 founding spots. Spot 21 pays £149. One caught £250 job pays for five months.

Reserve a founding spot — £49/mo, locked in while you stay

Card reserves your spot. Nothing charged until launch (roughly 4–6 weeks after the founding group closes). Cancel anytime before or after — one click or one email. If launch slips, your first charge moves back with it — you're never billed before your service is live on your number.

Prices exclude VAT — none is charged unless or until 24Plumb Ltd becomes VAT-registered.

Not ready to commit? Email contact@24plumb.com with "keep me posted" and you'll hear when we launch — no card, no spam.

Straight answer: this is a pre-sell. The product ships roughly 4–6 weeks after the founding group closes — you're backing it before it exists. That's why founding is £49 not £149, why your card isn't charged until your service is live, and why you can walk away with one click.

Prefer to ask a question first? Email contact@24plumb.com — you'll get the founder, not a ticket queue.

Questions, answered straight

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and your SIM. You set a divert so calls you don't answer within about 30 seconds come through to your 24Plumb line. Answer as normal and nothing happens.

What does the caller actually hear?

A five-second message: "Sorry we missed you — we're texting you right now." Then the text arrives. No robot voice conversations.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It knows its limits. Anything it can't handle, it tells the customer you'll ring them back and flags it to you straight away. You see every conversation transcript — nothing happens behind your back.

Am I locked in?

No lock-in, no minimum term. It's monthly, and you can cancel anytime with one click or one email — before launch or after. (There are founding terms, of course — a page of plain English, and worth two minutes: they're what makes the price lock and the never-billed-before-launch promise binding rather than just nice.) If it isn't paying for itself, stop paying for it.

Is £49 really all-in?

Yes — number, calls, texts and AI conversations included, with fair use of around 150 conversations a month (a busy firm rarely passes 50). Beyond that, usage is billed at cost — no surprise bills.

When does it launch?

Roughly 4–6 weeks after the founding group closes. Founding members onboard first, and you're not charged a penny until your service is switched on.

Is my customers' data safe?

Yes. We follow UK GDPR and we're registered with the ICO (ZC161578). Straight answer on timing: we're pre-launch, so no customer data is being processed yet — there's nothing to keep safe until your line is live. When it is: your customers' data is yours, we hold it only as your processor under the data-protection terms in your founding agreement, and where a supplier processes it outside the UK (our hosting runs in the US, and messaging will too) it will be covered by UK-approved transfer safeguards — the Standard Contractual Clauses in each supplier's data processing agreement, listed in our privacy policy. Never sold, never shared.

What does the deposit mean for my customers?

You choose the deposit amount — £30, £45, whatever suits your work — or turn deposits off entirely. It's refunded if you can't attend, so customers aren't taking a risk either.

We've got three phones on the road — does it cover all of us?

At launch, one main number per firm — the office or owner's mobile. Multi-phone support is on the roadmap and founding members get it first.

Aren't you that plumber booking website?

Same company, straight answer. 24Plumb set out to build a jobs network for London plumbers — and building it showed us the bigger problem first: the real money isn't in finding firms work, it's in the calls they already miss. So we're doing it in the order that works. 24Plumb Pro is what we built first, and it stands on its own. The jobs network comes on top of it, when there's real money behind the dispatch rather than a promise. Same registered company (Company No. 17208431), same founder, same email.
