24Plumb Pro — Founding Member Terms
The short version: £49/month, locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Nothing is charged until your service is live on your own number — if launch slips, your free trial extends. Cancel anytime with one click or one email; cancel before launch and nothing is ever charged. If we never launch, every reservation is cancelled and nobody pays a penny.
These terms are deliberately short and in plain English. They cover the founding member offer for 24Plumb Pro. If anything here is unclear, email us — you'll get a straight answer from the founder.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between 24Plumb Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17208431, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA ("24Plumb", "we", "us"), and you — the business that reserves a founding member subscription to 24Plumb Pro.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle data and applies alongside these terms.
2. What you're buying
A monthly subscription to 24Plumb Pro, the missed-call recovery service described at 24plumb.com: an instant text-back to your missed callers, an AI conversation that triages and books the job, card deposits paid into your own Stripe account, quote follow-up, and a weekly plain-English report.
24Plumb Pro is a pre-launch product. Founding members help shape the details, so some features may be refined before launch — but the core service (your missed callers get texted back, triaged and booked) is what you're buying and won't be removed.
3. Your founding price
Your price is £49 per month, for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. It never rises while you stay subscribed — whatever the standard price becomes (£149/month at launch).
What £49 covers: one business location and one main phone number. If you run more than one location, each additional location is £49 per month at the founding price, and the fair-use allowance in Section 7 applies per location. Your founding rate is locked for every location you add while you remain subscribed.
VAT: all prices are exclusive of VAT. 24Plumb Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged today. If and when 24Plumb Ltd becomes VAT-registered, VAT at the prevailing rate will be added on top of your price; the founding lock applies to the ex-VAT price.
If you cancel and later come back, the founding price is not guaranteed — you'd rejoin at the then-current standard price. There are no per-job fees and no commission.
4. Before launch, nothing is charged
Your card details, taken securely by Stripe, reserve your founding spot. Your subscription starts with a free trial of at least 75 days, and we do not charge you before your service is activated on your own number.
If launch slips, we extend your trial so that your first charge always comes after your service is live. You will never be billed for a service you aren't yet receiving.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time — one click in the Stripe billing portal or one email to contact@24plumb.com. No notice period, no exit fee, no questions asked (though feedback is always welcome).
- Cancel before launch: your reservation ends and nothing is ever charged.
- Cancel after launch: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the service until then, and no further payments are taken.
If we need to end it: we may end your subscription on 30 days' written notice, or immediately if payment fails or the service is misused (for example, using it to send unlawful messages). If we end your subscription for any reason other than misuse, you pay nothing further and we will refund any part-month you have already paid.
6. If we don't launch
If we decide not to launch 24Plumb Pro, we will cancel all founding reservations and email you to say so. Because no one is charged before launch, that means nothing is charged — ever. No refund process is needed because no money will have changed hands.
7. Fair use
Your subscription includes fair use of around 150 AI conversations per location per month — several times what a busy firm typically needs. If you regularly go above that, the extra usage is billed at our cost (no markup), and we will always tell you before any such charge applies.
8. Business customers only
24Plumb Pro is sold to businesses, for business purposes. By subscribing you confirm you are acting in the course of business (as a sole trader, partnership or company), not as a consumer. Consumer protection rules that apply to consumer contracts (such as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) therefore do not apply to this agreement.
9. Your customers' data
When 24Plumb Pro answers a call for you, we handle personal data belonging to your customers — their phone number, what they tell our AI, and the job details. In data-protection terms you are the controller of that data and we are your processor: it is your customers' data, not ours, and we only ever act on your instructions. This section is our processing agreement with you under Article 28 of the UK GDPR, and it forms part of these terms.
- Scope: we process your customers' contact details and conversation records for one purpose only — running the missed-call, triage, booking and reporting service for you, for as long as you are subscribed.
- Instructions: we act only on your documented instructions (your settings, plus these terms), unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we will tell you first unless legally barred from doing so.
- Confidentiality: anyone with access to your data is bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Security: we keep appropriate technical and organisational measures in place, and we will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with enough detail for you to meet your own reporting duties.
- Sub-processors: we use third parties to deliver the service (today: Google for hosting, Stripe for payments, and a messaging provider for SMS). Each is bound by equivalent obligations, and we remain responsible to you for what they do. We will give you notice before adding or replacing one, and you may object.
- International transfers: our infrastructure runs in the United States. Every transfer is covered by the safeguards described in our privacy policy, which you can ask us for a copy of at any time.
- Your customers' rights: if one of your customers asks for their data, or asks you to delete it, we will help you answer within your legal deadline at no charge.
- Deletion: when your subscription ends, we delete or return your customers' data within 60 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. You can ask for an export at any time.
- Proof: we will give you the information you reasonably need to satisfy yourself we are meeting these obligations.
Data we hold about you — your firm's contact and billing details — is a separate matter, where we are the controller. Our privacy policy explains that.
10. Liability
Our total aggregate liability to you under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
