Your trades clients are leaking revenue you could be recovering — and billing for
You already know the pattern: your client's ads work, the phone rings, and then nobody answers it. The numbers are worse than most agencies assume.

Industry benchmarkWhat your client's customers experience
Four steps, all in your client's name. Their customer never hears voicemail, and never hears of us.
-
A call goes unanswered
Your client is under a sink or up a loft. Their customer is seconds from ringing the next firm on Google.
-
Instant text-back, in the firm's name
Within seconds the caller gets a text from the firm — not a bot-branded third party — asking what they need.
-
AI triages, books the job, takes a deposit
A typed AI conversation qualifies the job, offers a slot and takes a card deposit — paid straight into the firm's own Stripe account. We never hold client funds.
-
Monday: the recovered-revenue report
Every week the firm sees jobs caught and pounds recovered — a report that renews your retainer for you. Quote follow-up nudges are included too.

The margin maths
No spreadsheet needed. Agencies already resell white-label AI tools to SMBs at £150–£300+ a month — this slots into that line on your rate card.
| Your price to the client | £150–£300/mo Market norm for resold AI tools to SMBs. You set it — it's your product. |
|---|---|
| Your wholesale cost | £69/mo founding Standard wholesale will be £79/mo. Founding partners keep £69 for as long as they stay. |
| What's included | Number, calls, AI conversations and fair-use messaging (~150 conversations per location per month — a busy firm rarely passes 50). Usage above fair use billed at cost — no surprise Twilio bills. |
| Your margin | 65%+ Ten locations at £199 is £1,300/mo gross margin on £690 of wholesale. |
| Who does what | You own the client relationship, billing and tier-1 support. We run the engine, uptime and tier-2. |
White-label means exactly that: your client sees your brand, not ours. 24Plumb appears nowhere client-visible.
Who this is for — and who it isn't
A good fit if you…
- Serve local-services or trades clients — plumbers, heating engineers, electricians (locksmiths and more trades later)
- Sell retainers or productised services and want a sticky, reportable line item
- Run a GoHighLevel or similar stack and resell tools under your own brand
- Want margin you control, not a referral crumb
Not a fit if you…
- Want a hands-off affiliate link with no client relationship
- Need bespoke development or a custom build
- Have no local-services clients and no plans to get any
Just want a referral link instead? That exists — email contact@24plumb.com with the subject “Referral option” and we'll sort you out.
Founding partners: £69/location, locked in while you stay
We're recruiting a small first cohort of agencies before launch. Founding terms don't come back once standard wholesale opens at £79.
- £69/location/month for as long as you stay — versus £79 standard wholesale later
- First onboarding cohort — first refusal on getting your clients live at launch
- Direct access to the founder — not a partner-success inbox
- Shape the roadmap — partner dashboard, billing integrations and the next trades verticals get built around founding-partner feedback
How to join
Tell us how you'd sell it — pricing instincts, client mix, what would make this a no-brainer. It genuinely shapes what we build first.
Join as a founding partner — the 3-minute questionnairePrefer email? Join the waitlist by email
Straight answer on timing: the product launches roughly 4–6 weeks after the founding cohort closes. Nothing is billed until your first client location goes live — joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Questions agencies actually ask
Is it really white-label?
Yes. Client-facing texts and the weekly reports carry your branding or your client's; the white-labelled partner dashboard is being built with the founding cohort. 24Plumb appears nowhere client-visible. Your client's customers text with “Smith & Sons Plumbing”, not with us.
What do we handle versus you?
You: sales, the client relationship, billing and tier-1 support (“how do I change my deposit amount?”). Us: the engine, uptime, and tier-2 — anything technical escalates to us and we fix it.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly, per location, no minimums. Add a location when a client signs; drop it if they churn. Cancel the lot anytime.
What about our clients' data?
We follow UK GDPR and we're registered with the ICO (ZC161578). Straight answer on timing: we're pre-launch, so no client data is being processed yet, and the partner processor terms are drafted at signing rather than before — ask and you'll get them in writing before you commit anything. When live: your clients' customer data is theirs, we hold it only as a processor, and where a supplier processes it outside the UK (our hosting runs in the US, and messaging will too) it will be covered by UK-approved transfer safeguards — the Standard Contractual Clauses in each supplier's data processing agreement, listed in our privacy policy. Never sold, never shared.
Can we bill through GoHighLevel?
GHL billing integration is on the roadmap — founding partners get a say in how it works. Today, you bill your client directly however you like (GHL invoicing, Stripe, your existing retainer) and we invoice you the wholesale.
When does it launch?
Roughly 4–6 weeks after the founding cohort closes. Founding partners onboard first, and nothing is billed until your first client location goes live.
